1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves of garlic)
2 Tbsp fresh dill or cilantro
1/4 cup water
pinch of chives
salt & pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until creamy (about 2 minutes).
POINTS value: 2 for 1/3 cup.
Serve with veggies, whole wheat tortillas or toasted sandwhich thins.

I LOVE hummus! I make mine with chickpeas, olive oil, a little bit of sesame oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt and pepper. It's so yummy. I've never eaten it with sandwich thins before though, I'll have to try that!
